I created Move With Emily because I know what it feels like to feel disconnected from your body — after two traumatic births, injuries, and much time spent recalibrating to discover what truly supports women in feeling strong, energized, and confident through every season of life.

As a certified trainer, PCES specialist, and nutrition coach — and a mom myself — I wanted to build something that helps women rebuild from the inside out. This isn’t about bouncing back or doing more — it’s about moving smarter, nourishing well, and creating strength that’s intentional, empowering, and made to last.
